=> Segera keluarkan baterai dari dalam ponsel. Memutus aliran sumber daya sangatlah penting untuk meminimalisir kemungkinan kerusakan ponsel. Beberapa sirkuit elektronik dinyatakan bisa tetap bertahan dalam keadaan basah, jika tidak terhubung dengan sumber daya.
=> Segera keluarkan juga kartu SIM Anda untuk mencegah kemungkinan kerusakan atau kehilangan data. Anda tentu tak ingin phonebook atau SMS penting Anda lenyap. Biarkan kartu SIM Anda sampai benar-benar kering sebelum Anda mengecek kondisinya.
=> Keringkan ponsel sampai benar-benar kering. Gunakan kain yang bisa menyerap air. Jika ada, gunakan juga pengering rambut alias hair dryer. Namun pastikan ponsel Anda jangan sampai terlalu panas. Jangan pula meletakkannya di microwave. Ponsel yang terlalu panas dilaporkan bisa meledak.
=> Uji coba kondisi ponsel Anda setelah benar-benar kering. Jika ponsel ngadat, periksalah apakah ponsel atau baterai Anda yang rusak, dengan memakai baterai cadangan. Jika hanya baterainya yang rusak, Anda tinggal membeli yang baru.
=> Jika seluruh langkah tersebut telah Anda lakukan namun ponsel tetap mengalami kerusakan, apa boleh buat, Anda tampaknya harus mengandalkan jasa teknisi ponsel. Namun ingat, Anda harus mencari teknisi ponsel yang terpercaya.

1. Press <**<

2. Then on the display appear and give you two choices: Lock to Network ? and Lock to Network subset? (Use arrow keys to select)

3. Enter the NCK number (code is provided by the SP)

4. You have 5 attemps to do this

5. Then your cell phone will work ‘only’ with the network

Warning: The Service Provider (SP) Lock menu is used to lock the cell phone to the SP’s SIM card. Once the cell phone is locked to a specific operator, if one inserts a SIM card from a different operator the phone will refuse to accept it! The cell phone will however accept another SIM card from the same operator. To activate/deactivate this lock one needs a special secret code that is not available to the end user. Your phone can be locked to a service provider FOREVER by doing this! If an invalid code is entered all five times, the menu will exit and be deactivated! The Service Provider (SP) Lock

The Service Provider (SP) Lock menu is used to lock the cell phone to the SP’s SIM card. Once the cell phone is locked to a specific operator, if one inserts a SIM card from a different operator the phone will refuse to accept it! The cell phone will however accept another SIM car from the same operator.

To activate/deactivate this lock one needs a special secret code that is not available to the end user.

Here is how to activate the menu:

Warning: Your phone can be locked to a service provider FOREVER by doing this! If an invalid code is entered all five times, the menu will exit and be deactivated! Note:
Format phone restores phone to as if it was out of the box. Retains firmware version and operator Variant changes but wipes all applications you have installed. Does not format the memory card so any apps on there may reinstall once powered back up again.

TIPS Wahana Ponsel kali ini menyangkut cara perbaikan kerusakan ponsel dengan menggunakan kode rahasia dan pengerjaanyapun sangat mudah.

Banyak pengguna panik jika ponselnya bermasalah.

Mereka kerap langsung mendatangi pusat service untuk membereskannya.

Sebenarnya ada beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan sendiri jika ponsel bermasalah.

Antara lain dengan melakukan format dan reset factory setting atau lebih dikenal dengan hard reset ponsel.

Mungkin sebagian dari pengguna tak tahu atau takut untuk melakukannya. Padahal, dengan reset factory setting banyak permasalahan ringan pada ponsel yang menurut Anda berat dapat diatasi.

Berikut pengalaman kami dalam memperbaiki kerusakan ponsel dengan menggunakan kode rahasia dari berbagai jenis ponsel:
- Atasi Hang yang dapat membuat kinerja ponsel lambat atau tak berfungsi sama sekali.
- Atasi sering restart atau auto on of.
- Atasi sering mati sendiri dalam beberapa menit atau jam.
- Atasi tak ada dering akibat mengaktifkan menu switch off tapi tak tahu cara mengaktifkannya.
- Atasi tulis SMS tak bisa tampil abjad/huruf, yang tampil hanya Numerik atau angka.
- Atasi tak bisa tulis SMS akibat foldernya hilang.
- Atasi salah satu menu icon pada ponsel tak bisa diaktifkan.
- Atasi munculnya pesan PHONE LOCK.
- Atasi tampilan menu kacau dan tak beraturan.
- Atasi virus.
- Atasi munculnya pesan “application closed”.

Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan sebelum melakukan perbaikan:
1. Ponsel akan kembali pada settingan awal, seperti awal mula factory setting, sehingga data-data penting seperti Phonebook, ringtone, gambar, dan aplikasi akan hilang. Gunakan software bawaan, seperti PC suite untuk memback-up data atau jika ponsel Anda menggunakan Memory eksternal pindahkan data ke memory tersebut.

2. Hafalkan lokasi settingan bahasa, untuk mencegah perubahan bahasa tampilan yang membingungkan, terutama pada ponsel yang Anda kurang memahami menunya.

3. Untuk seri communicator Anda dapat menghapus file Office-nya sehingga harus instal kembali.

Cara-cara Reset berdasarkan urutan kerusakan yang sering ditemui:
1. Nokia seri 60
- Pastikan baterai full atau minimal terisi setengahnya untuk mencegah gagal melakukan proses rebooting.
- Sebaiknya jangan gunakan kartu memori karena dapat mengakibatkan kartu memory tak terbaca setelah proses rebooting.
- Proses reset dilakukan pada saat ponsel hidup dan menggunakan simcard.
- Masukkan kode *#7780# lalu akan tampil pesan notifikasi pada layar untuk melakukan reset, tekan OK. Setelah itu, Anda diminta memasukkan security kode phone, masukkan kode standarnya yaitu 12345, ponsel akan mereset data tersebut dan tunggu sampai proses selesai. Jika kode sandar sudah diubah, Anda tak dapat melakukan proses ini.
- Masukkan kode *#7370# . lakukan proses seperti soft reset. Langkah ini sangat efektif untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah pada ponsel Nokia seri 60.
- Ponsel dalam kondisi mati dan menggunakan baterai (penggunaan baterai sama seperti di atas).
- Lepaskan kartu memori.
- Tekan sakelar On, setelah ponsel hidup segera tekan tombol” call + * + 3 secara bersamaan.
- Setelah tekan tombol tersebut akan tampil pesan format pada layar ponsel, biarkan dan tunggu sampai proses tersebut selesai. Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi Phone start Up contact retailer dan 4x blink Nokia.

2. Nokia seri 40
- Proses reset dilakukan saat ponsel hidup dan menggunakan simcard.
- Ketik tombol *#7780#.
- Tekan Ok.
- Masukkan kode standar 12345.
- Tekan yes dan ponsel akan restart.
Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi restart dan auto off pada ponsel seri Nokia 40.

3. Nokia communicator (9210, 9300, & 9500)
- Matikan ponsel.
- Lepaskan baterai dan memory eksternal.
- Tunggu sekitar 10 detik lalu masukkan kembali baterai.
- Buka ponsel untuk melihat layar dalam, setelah layar dalam hidup segera tekan tombol CTRL + SHIFT + F secara bersamaan. Proses ini dilakukan sebelum tampil gambar tangan pada layar dalam.
- Setelah itu akan tampil pesan notifikasi apakah Anda akan melakukan format ponsel?
- Tekan OK dan tunggu sampai proses selesai. Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi hang , restart, dan kinerja ponsel yang lambat pada seri communicator.

4. Nokia 7710 & 7700
- Matikan ponsel.
- Lepaskan baterai dan memory eksternal.
- Tunggu sekitar 10 detik lalu masukkan kembali baterai.
- Ketika tampil tulisan Nokia pada layar ponsel, segera tekan dan tahan tombol kiri di atas tombol menu + tombol menu + tombol nomor dua dari kanan atas ponsel.
- Setelah itu, akan tampil pesan notifikasi untuk melakukan format ponsel.
- Tekan tombol proceed.
- Tunggu sampai proses selesai. Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi hang dan menu sulit difungsikan.

5. Nokia CDMA
- Masuk ke menu utama.
- Pilih “setting”.
- Pilih “restore factory setting”.
- Tampil pesan pada layar “security Code” lalu masukkan kode standarnya: 12345.
- Tekan Ok.

6. O2 Mini
Permasalahan pada ponsel PDA acap terjadi akibat terlalu banyak aplikasi yang terinstal, sehingga sistem ponsel menjadi kacau. Akibatnya, kinerja ponsel menjadi lambat.

Solusinya lakukan master reset. Yang perlu diingat Backup dulu daftar nama kontak dan data-data penting lain, karena setelah melakukan master reset data akan hilang.

Metode Master resetnya:
1. Pastikan baterai dalam keadaan penuh.
2. Tusuk stylus ke lubang restart lalu tekan tombol power secara bersamaan.
3. Kemudian tunggu proses reset sampai selesai.

7. O2 Atom
Metode Master resetnya:
1. Pastikan baterai ponsel dalam keadaan penuh.
2. Siapkan stylus pada lubang reset.
3. Tekan tombol power.
4. Tekan tombol send button atau tombol untuk melakukan panggilan telepon.
5. Tekan pada tombol end call atau tombol untuk mengakhiri panggilan.

Virus ini akan meng infeksi dan merusak file exe / com / scr. Ukuran file yang sudah terinfeksi Sality akan bertambah besar beberapa KB dan masih dapat di jalankan seperti biasa. Biasanya virus ini akan mem blok antivirus atau removal tools selain itu juga akan memblok task manager atau registry editor Windows. Untuk mempermudah dalam proses penyebarannya selain memanfaatkan File Sharing dan Default Share virus ini juga akan memanfaatkan media Flash Disk dengan cara membuat file acak dengan ekstensi exe/com/scr/pif serta menambahkan file autorun.inf

Sality menghapus key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesALG. ALG ( Application Layer Gateway Service ) adalah services yang memberikan support untuk plug-in protokol aplikasi dan meng-enable konektivitas jaringan / protokol. Jika service ini dimatikan, program seperti MSN Messenger dan Windows Messenger tidak akan berfungsi. Service ini bisa dijalankan, hanya jika menggunakan firewall, baik firewall bawaan Windows atau firewall lain. Jika tidak komputer yang terinfeksi virus ini akan mengalami celah keamanan yang serius.

User tidak dapat booting pada mode “safe mode” hal imi di sebabkan adannya penghapusan key :

Injeksi file exe / com / scr

File yang ber ekstensi “.exe” yang terdapat dalam list registry menyebabkan virus dapat aktif secara otomatis setiap kali komputer dinyalakan.

File yang di injeksi ukurannya bertambah sekitar 68 – 80 KB dari ukuran semula. Salah satu kecanggihan Sality adalah kemampuannya menginjeksi file induk sehingga ukuran file bervirus tidak seragam, jelas lebih sulit diidentifikasi dibandingkan virus lain yang menggantikan file yang ada sehingga ukuran filenya akan sama besar.

Tidak semua program antivirus dapat membersihkan file yang sudah terinfeksi Sality, file tersebut bisa rusak setelah di scan dan di bersihkan oleh antivirus tersebut.

Untuk memperlancar aksinya, virus ini akan akan melakukan koneksi ke sejumlah alamat web yang sudah ditentukan, dan men download trojan / virus lainnya yang di sinyalir merupakan varian dari versi sebelumnya ( update ).
Eksploitasi Default Share dan Full Sharing

Sality akan menyebar dengan cepat melalui jaringan dengan memanfaatkkan default share windows atau share folder yang mempunyai akses full dengan cara menginfeksi file yang mempunyai ekstensi exe/com/scr. Maka sebaiknya nonaktifkan Default Share (C$, D$ .. dst) dan hindari Full Sharing folder di jaringan.

Sality juga akan menambahkan string [MCIDRV_VER] dan DEVICEMB=xxx, dimana xxx menunjukan karakter acak ke dalam file C:Windowssystem.ini.

Matikan program aplikasi yang aktif di memori terutama dalam daftar startup.

Scan dengan removal tools dengan terlebih dahulu merubah ekstensi dari removal tools tersebut dengan ekstensi lain ( misal, *.exe menjadi *.cmd ) atau pakai media write protect, file removal tersebut tidak di infeksi ulang oleh Sality.
Delete the value from the registry

1. Click Start > Run.
